The Crookie unites Cathy's traditional croissant with her Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie dough for an over-the-top pastry experience. The contrasting textures are delightful: crispy and flaky croissant, soft and gooey cookie filling inside, crunchy cookie on top. Cathy recommends you serve it warm with a scoop of ice cream, a knife & fork, and a friend to help you eat it all (it's big!).

    Croissant: Organic, unbleached flour, European-style butter, water, milk, sugar, salt, yeast

    Chocolate Chip Cookie: Unbleached organic flour, bittersweet and semisweet chocolate chips, brown sugar, butter, sugar, eggs, pecans, vanilla, molasses, sea salt, baking soda
