Pull them out of the freezer, let rise overnight, and bake yourself fresh-out-of-the-oven  large, soft and tender rolls,  generously filled with cinnamon brown sugar and accompanied with your choice of vanilla, maple or cream cheese glaze. They make great start to the weekend. (Directions provided).

  • Ingredients

    Ingredients:  Unbleached flour, butter, sugar, eggs, dry milk powder, salt, yeast, vanilla
    Filling: sugar, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg
    Vanilla Glaze: powdered sugar, water, vanilla
    Maple Glaze: powdered sugar, maple syrup, espresso powder, pure maple extract, salt
