The combination of ripe strawberries and fresh rhubarb (harvested from Cathy's garden!) makes a delicious sweet-tart combination with a jammy consistency in this all-butter crust. These mini-sized open face tarts work great as a special dessert, warmed in the oven and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Available in sets of two or four individual size. Also available as a full size galette (8-9" diameter).
