DIY Charcuterie Pretzel
Impress your family or guests with this easy graduation party app. Cathy's soft German-style pretzel dough is shaped into a very large (10-inch x 12-inch) edible canvas for a DIY Charcuterie Tray. Fill it with cubed cheeses, cured meats, olives, nuts, fresh fruit, veggies, whole grain mustard, cheese dip, chocolate or caramel sauce....whatever strikes your fancy from the big Dillon's deli section. (Notes: only the pretzel is being sold; not charcuterie items. Cathy recommends you freeze the pretzel the day you pick it up if you plan on eating it Sunday. Limited quantities).
