It's a cross between New England Brown Bread and German Vollkornbrot. 100% whole grain wheat, spelt, rye and cornmeal are blended with rolled oats, quinoa, and rye chops for a high fiber, dense bread. A generous amount of currants and a touch of blackstrap molasses gives just the right amount of sweetness to balance the tang of natural starter. Rolled in pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and rye chops for extra crunch. Makes a great breakfast, or a bite to tide you over while cooking dinner!

Water, Organic whole wheat flour, organic rye flour, currants, sourdough starter, quinoa, rye chops, organic rolled oats, organic cornmeal, blackstrap molasses, salt, yeast, baking soda
Quantity
Two sizes:
4 x4" Cutie loaf, approximately 1lb, or
9x4" Pullman loaf pan; approximately 2lbs
