The traditional danish of New Orlean's Mardi Gras! This King's Cake is a buttery, lightly-sweetened, orange-scented dough rolled up with either a pecan praline frangipane filling or a nut-free cinnamon sugar. Glazed with vanilla frosting, and whimsically sprinkled with decorative sugar in the traditional green, purple and gold Mardi Gras colors. (Complete with a "good luck" plastic baby to insert before serving.)
