We couldn't cut this fast enough at our recent Art of Bread event! Cathy's traditional olive oil focaccia dough is stuffed with deeply caramelized onions and fragrant Gruyere cheese, then topped with more of the same, for a richly flavored flatbread reminiscent of French Onion Soup (without the broth!). Would make a great appetizer served warm with drinks or as a side to a special meal!
