Flax Seed Rye
A blend of whole rye and unbleached wheat flours with lots of flaxseeds and sourdough starter yields a strong rye bread flavor with a springy interior crumb. The crust is coated in flax, sesame, caraway, sunflower, poppy, and charnuska seeds. Would make an excellent Reuben sandwich!
