Paska
Pane de Pasqua, Tsoureki Kulich, Choereg, Passbrood.....Easter celebration breads abound throughout Europe. Cathy's Paska (very popular on our recent menu tasting) features a butter and egg yolk rich dough with rum-soaked golden raisins, dried cranberries and dried apricots, citrus zests, topped with a vanilla glaze and pastel pariels. Its texture is soft and fluffy, more like bread than cake, sweet enough to work for breakfast, but also a great accompaniment to a ham dinner. Baked in a paper mold and wrapped up with a bow, it makes a pretty addition to any Easter basket! Two size options.

Small: 18oz loaf, 5" diameter and approximately 5" tall, 6-8 wedges
Large: 34oz loaf, 6.5" diameter and approximately 7" tall, 12-16 wedges
