The lightest, airiest, butteryist, tastiest croutons you'll ever be fortunate enough to eat! These large croutons are made from Cathy's toasted croissant dough, rolled in olive oil with Mediterranian seasoning (oregano, garlic, lemon, majoram, pepper and salt), and toasted again. They are wonderful on salads, even better in thick soups (think Butternut Squash or Basil-Tomato), and best eaten out of hand with a glass of wine while warming the ham!
