Carrot Cake~ 3 Variations

- The Purist--carrots only cake, topped with cream cheese frosting and garnished with candied carrot curls;
- The Deluxe--carrot cake with toasted walnuts and raisins, split and filled with a pineapple layer, cream cheese frosting on top and garnished with candied carrot curls and candied walnuts
- The Cheesecake Supreme--the deluxe carrot cake (with nuts and raisins) split and filled with a thick Cheesecake layer, cream cheese frosting on top and garnished with candied carrot curls and candied walnuts.
Any version makes a stunning ending to a special celebration meal.

Cheesecake filling: cream cheese, cream, white chocolate, sugar, gelatin, lemon juice
