Blueberry Walnut Sourdough with Spelt

Cathy's regular country loaf dough has 15% whole grain spelt mixed in, adding a slightly nutty sweet flavor to the sourdough tang of this naturally leavened loaf.  Chock full of dried blueberries and toasted walnuts, it makes a tasty morning toast with a schmear of cream cheese, an interesting addition to a cheese board, or a fab turkey & havarti sandwich!
