Suppliers and Vendors

Nearly all of the flours and grains that Cathy's Breads uses are from Heartland Mill. Based in Marienthal, Kansas, the mill is farmer-owned with a focus on organic and sustainably grown wheat, rye, spelt, oats, barley and more.
