Want to learn a new skill? Looking for a fun group activity?
I’ve taught bread and pastry baking classes through the Hays Recreation Commission for a number of years, and have recently started offering private lessons (for individuals or small groups), either in my or your home kitchen.
A wide range of class topics are available, from basic no-knead artisan bread, pizza and sourdough loaves, to pies, croissants and fancy Danishes.
I’m open to teaching whatever you’re interested in learning!
