Want Cathy's buttery and luscious raspberry-almond croissants hot out of the oven? Then you might want to order the Take & Bake version. Four frozen raspberry-almond croissants, filled with almond cream and raspberry jam and generoudly topped with more almond cream, slivered nuts, and a few raspberries ready for final baking. Just thaw overnight in the fridge, pop in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar (if you want), and enjoy! Four pastries come frozen in a foil pan, for your freezer until you're ready to bake. (Written instructions provided).
