So when I was a kid, I hated Pimento Cheese...that pastey, neon-orange cheese spread my mom would put on Wonder Bread--lol! It wasn't until I started shredding the cheese myself, and blending the spices, and adding heat (jalapenos and cayenne), that I decided it was pretty darn tasty! Add some decent bread and you're good to go! (Makes a great appetizer for your holiday party).
