This gluten-free loaf made with all organic brown rice flour, tapioca flour and potato starch flour has a fine crumb that holds up well to slicing for sandwiches and toast.  Plain and Cheddar Cheese options available. Please note that while this loaf is gluten free, it is not baked in a wheat-free facility.

     Brown rice flour,  potato starch, tapioca flour, milk, eggs,  butter, sugar, yeast, salt, xanthan gum
