 These are as close to a real bagel as you can get in Hays, KS! Chewy and flavorful, boiled in a water bath before baking, ideally eaten within hours of baking. The "everythings" are topped with sesame, poppy, caraway, charnuska and sea salt. The honey wheat are a whole wheat blend.  Please specify your Saturday Morning pick up time and topping preferences (options listed below). If you want to mix and match toppings, select "Special Order" in the drop down menu and specify how you want to split your order in the comments section. (1/2 dozen per order)

    Organic unbleached flour, water, barley malt syrup, salt, yeast, (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, caraway seeds, charnuska seeds)

    1/2 Dozen per order

    Bagel toppings: Plain, Poppy, Sesame, Everything, Honey Wheat, or Special Order (mix and match). For special order, please specify which type you'd like in the Notes Box at Check Out.

  • Options

    Saturday Morning pick up times only. Please specify 8am, 9am or 10am. (Home delivery not available on Saturday).
